At Hemp Wellness USA, we aim to deliver your wellness products quickly, safely, and legally. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, severe weather, or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Typical delivery times:

Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS Ground): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping times begin once the package leaves our facility.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer:

Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 (continental U.S. only).

Flat-rate and real-time carrier options for smaller orders.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal and state regulations, we are unable to ship to the following U.S. states and jurisdictions where hemp-derived CBD is restricted or prohibited.
Currently, we do not ship to:

South Dakota

Nebraska

U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)

International addresses (including Canada and Mexico)
Laws and regulations are constantly changing. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders placed to restricted areas.
5. PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, although delivery times may vary.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier.

If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a resolution.

If your package arrives damaged, please email hempusa123@gmail.com within 48 hours, including a photo of the damage and your order number.
8. Compliance With New York and Federal Law
As a New York-based company, Hemp Wellness USA complies with New York State Cannabinoid Hemp Program and federal regulations regarding the sale and shipment of hemp-derived CBD products.

All products contain less than 0.3% THC, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill.

Age verification (21+) may be required at checkout and/or delivery.

Hemp products cannot be shipped across international borders, including to Canada or Mexico.
