Refund & Return Policy

At Hemp Wellness USA, we are committed to providing high-quality CBD products and a positive experience for every customer. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Due to the nature of CBD products and for safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered items unless there is a verified defect.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be in original packaging
Item must be unopened and unused
Proof of purchase is required

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Any opened or used product
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
Products purchased more than 30 days ago

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a product that was damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will replace the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email our customer support at hempusa123@gmail.com with the subject line: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.

In your email, include:

Your full name and order number
Reason for the return
Photo (if applicable, for damaged items)

Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping your return. Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

Legal Compliance Notice

Hemp Wellness USA operates in compliance with all federal and New York State laws and regulations regarding the sale and return of hemp-derived CBD products. As per New York State Department of Health requirements:

We cannot accept returns of opened ingestible products for resale, regardless of reason, unless a defect is found.
Refunds are processed only for products compliant with NY State Cannabinoid Hemp Program.
By completing a purchase on this site, you agree to this refund policy and confirm you are of legal age (21+) to purchase hemp-derived cannabinoid products in New York.
